This term our Enrichment team, alongside student ambassadors, worked with our waste management company to mark Recycle Week 2024.
This term we marked Recycle Week 2024 by working alongside Suez, our waste management company. Thank you to Kelly and Julie from Suez, who came into college to share with our students some interesting facts and insights on where our waste goes and how we can work together to make sure we are putting the right items in the right bins.
Kelly then returned to college and alongside students and staff, attended a litter pick walk at Worden Park – thankfully the dry weather held out for them and they were able to clean up a few areas of the park. Our plea to you is to make sure you are recycling your cans and bottles where you can and bin any rubbish in general waste bins. Thank you to Suez and our wonderful ambassadors for supporting this important event. By working together we can continue to make a difference and look after our beautiful campus.
