50 days for teaching staff, 35 days for management staff and up to 25 days for support staff. This entitlement is in addition to the normal eight annual bank holidays, with an extra five days or more allocated for the Christmas closure.

All staff are enrolled in a role-specific pension scheme with generous employer contributions. Support staff join the Lancashire Pension Fund (LGPS) with a 19.6% employer contribution, while teaching staff join the Teacher’s Pension Scheme with a 28.68% employer contribution.
