This week, the Strength Academy were coached by a group of professional Strongmen and Woman at Kaos Gym in Preston.
Gym owner and lead coach Rhianon was powerlifting world champion at 18 and in 2023 became the Greatest Of All Time Strongwoman winning her third World’s Strongest Woman Title, undefeated for several seasons and setting World Records over 44 times! Her best lift is a 282kg Deadlift at a bodyweight of 64kg.

Being members of our Strength Academy has now inspired several of our students to compete in England’s Strongest Teen over the summer. Our annual ‘Runshaw’s Strongest Student’ competition will take place on Wednesday 14th May outside Hawkshead.
