Runshaw hosts Lancashire Economic Breakfast
It was a pleasure to host the Lancashire Economic Breakfast at Runshaw College today, bringing together employers, partners and sector leaders to reflect on the latest Lancashire Quarterly Economic Survey, with a discussion led by Dr Brian Sloan.
The discussion highlighted the continued resilience of local businesses, alongside clear challenges around skills shortages, recruitment pressures and investment in people. Contributions from our speakers and panelists reinforced the importance of strong collaboration between education and industry to support sustainable growth across the county.
