Pathway to Excellence Twilight Session
The Pathway To Excellence Twilight Session promises to be an enlightening and inspiring occasion, specifically designed for high achieving students which would benefit from having their aspirations strengthened and practical tips around success. This unique opportunity will provide invaluable insights into revision strategies, achieving success in Science and a very special talk on what it takes to achieve an A Level mindset. It’s a chance for you to gain first-hand knowledge and guidance that can shape your journey towards achieving your academic goals.
For parents/guardians, this will also be an evening to gain insight into how we prepare students for prestigious destinations here at Runshaw. This will cover the Scholars Programme and how this gives top performing students a leading edge for admission to Prestigious Universities, all the way through to how we nurture potential with specialist Progress Mentors and our Academy programme.
A timeline of the evening is below:
5.00pm – Arrival and Hot Buffet/Refreshments
5.30pm – Parents/Guardians – Amanda Roocroft Theatre Preparing Students for Prestigious Destinations, including various talks and tours of the campus Students – Silverdale Student Hub Motivation & Revision for Success: successfully achieving the top grades in Science with Martin Griffin, author of ‘The A Level Mindset’.
7.30pm – Sessions end
