They are accountable to a more senior manager or business owner. Our Leadership and Management course allows you to have the responsibility of managing a team, managing projects and delivering operational plans.

The course duration is self-paced, and therefore you can complete in as many or little months as necessary.

- Entry Requirements
- Learners need to be employed in a leadership role for a minimum of 3 years.
- Access to a computer with internet access.
Each learner will need to provide their CV and have it approved by the curriculum.
- How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed in the following ways: workbook assessments, assignment work, work product and witness testimonies. If you are completing individual units, you will need to complete your work at home or within your workplace.
- Progression Pathway
This qualification can lead to: Operations manager, Regional manager, Divisional manager, Department manager and Specialist managers. You may wish to continue studying further.
