The Level 2 Certificate in Accounting course gives you the solid foundation you need to take your first real step into the world of finance. You can study the course in person in the classroom over 1 academic year or online in the evening with planned lessons via teams and online self-paced learning. Whichever method you chose you will be required to attend college for exams.
On completion of the course, you will have gained foundation knowledge needed to progress into employment or further study.

Adults (19+)Thinking about a future in finance and want the next step that gets you closer?
You can choose to study this diploma face to face in a classroom or using a blended method. You will learn skills needed for a range of financial processes including maintaining cost accounting records, advanced bookkeeping, VAT tax returns and payroll and the preparation of financial statements.
On successful completion of this course, you can progress to Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting Studies and work confidently in a range of business and finance role.

Adults (19+)The Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting allows you to master complex accounting tasks and qualify for senior finance roles, are you looking to take the next step?
You will build on your existing knowledge, gain competencies in drafting financial statements for limited companies, recommending accounting systems strategies and constructing and presenting complex management accounting reports.
The course is delivered over 16 academic months in the classroom one day a week, you will also need to dedicate time to independent study. Students who have completed this course have gone on to successful accountancy careers.

Accounts/Finance with AAT Apprenticeship Level 2
Apprenticeships (16+)An Accounts/Finance Assistant is an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance department within a business. The Accounts/Finance Assistant is responsible for assisting the team of accountants with junior book keeping and accounting duties. An Accounts/Finance Assistant’s work could include basic bookkeeping activities working with digital software such as Xero or Quickbooks, working with sales and purchase ledgers, running calculations to ensure that records and payments are correct, recording of cash and data entry. Accounts/Finance Assistants can work in almost any sector.

Adults (19+)Ready to take your counselling journey to the next level? If you’ve already completed Levels 2 and 3, this is the natural next step to deepen your skills and grow into the best practitioner you can be.
This is a 2-year course delivered in the classroom plus you will need to complete a minimum of 100 hours of formally contacted counselling with at least 5 different clients in an agency setting. You will be assed using a variety of methods, self-review to show development, weekly learning review, assignments, presentations, and an externally marked question paper.
