The course duration is self-paced, and therefore you can complete in as many or little months as necessary.

- Entry Requirements
- Learners need to be employed in any line of work and are either a team leader or aspiring to be a team leader.
- Access to a computer with internet access.
Each learner will need to provide their CV and have it approved by the curriculum.
- How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed in the following ways: workbook assessments, assignment work, work product and witness testimonies.
- Progression Pathway
This qualification can lead to: Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson, Shift Manager or Management Degree. You may wish to continue your studies with us and do an Operations or Departmental Manager Level 5 qualification.
