Since moving to remote teaching and learning, students from the School of Visual Arts have been busy creating some amazing art work at home.
Vocational UAL Art and Design Year 1 students submitted entries to the hit television series ‘Grayson’s Art Club’ on Channel 4, responding to the themes of ‘Home’ and ‘Britain’. The students could create anything they liked in any media to communicate how they were feeling during the Lockdown. Lots of students found it to be a cathartic experience. The students’ exam board (UAL) were pleased to hear that they were participating because Grayson is one of their Chancellors!
Tracey Turner says, ‘I’m so proud of my students and how creatively they responded to this fantastic TV series; Grayson is so inspiring and we have loved his weekly themes. Well done to all those who entered!’
