Last week our staff in the School of Sport visited Warrington Wolves for an industry updating event.
The visit included presentations from coaches, managers and analysts as well as the opportunity to observe the first team training for an upcoming fixture. The event proved very useful in enhancing the staff’s knowledge of the application of fitness, coaching and rehabilitation in professional sport. Further, a partnership has now been established with the club who will provide opportunities for student visits, in addition to collaborating with sports staff regarding assessment briefs.
