Our Medical Society have been busy spreading festive cheer to our local community, by collecting for the local foodbank and also writing Christmas cards to residents in local nursing and rest homes.
We collected hundreds of food items and delivered them to Leyland St Mary’s Church to be distributed to those in need. We also created Christmas Card packs that have been sent to the following residential homes: Willowbank Care Home, Springfield Nursing Home, Sandy Banks, Clough House, West Wood, Primrose Villa, Paradise House, Euxton Park, Lostock Grove and Melrose Residential Home.
