Summer 2022 Exam Results
Thursday 18th August 2022 – A Level, T Level & BTEC
A Level results – these will be available to view on your Student Portal from 8am. BTEC Level 3 results, for students who sat exams in May/June 2022 – these will be available to view on your Student Portal from 8am. UAL Level 3 results – these will be available to view on your Student Portal from 8am.
Thursday 25th August 2022 – GCSE
GCSE results – these will be available to view on your Student Portal from 8am. BTEC Level 2 results, for students who sat exams in May/June 2022 – these will be available to view on your Student Portal from 8am. UAL Level 2 results – these will be available to view on your Student Portal from 8am.
For all other vocational results please continue to check your Student Portal as these will arrive throughout July and August 2022. You may also receive a letter in the post notifying you of your results and when you can come to collect your certificate from our Main Visitors’ Reception. If you have a query relating to your results then please telephone the Exams Office on 01772 642007.
Certificate Information
A Level, BTEC (Level 2 & Level 3 – sat dated exams in Summer 2022) and UAL (Level 2 & Level 3)
Certificates will be available for collection from the Main Visitors’ Reception from January 2023.
GCSE
Certificates from Summer 2022 exam series will be available for collection from the Main Visitors’ Reception from January 2023 and certificates from November 2022 exam series can be collected from March 2023.
Other Vocational Qualifications (BTEC Introductory, BTEC Lv2 & Lv3 that didn’t sit exam in Summer 2022, Ascentis, NCFE, City and Guilds, etc)
You may receive a letter in the post notifying you of your result and when your certificate is available to collect, or if your result is showing on your student portal then please telephone reception to make an appointment. Your exam certificate will be available to collect from the Main Visitors’ Reception on Monday to Fridays between 9.30am and 14.30pm. Please make an appointment with reception staff by telephoning 01772 622677 before you come to collect your certificate. You will need either your College ID card or some form of photographic ID to collect your certificate. A third party may collect the certificate on your behalf, but you will need to supply a letter of consent that names the third party and also your signature. They too will be required to bring their own photographic ID.
If you would like your certificate posting out to you by recorded delivery, please send a letter of authorisation containing your address and signature, and £2.50 worth of postage stamps, to the following address:

Please note that Runshaw College does not take any responsibility for any lost or damaged certificates.
Runshaw College is required to destroy any unclaimed certificates after 2 years of the award date. After this time you will need to contact the Awarding Body to request a duplicate certificate.
