Learners are required to purchase their CIPD membership prior to starting the course. Please contact our admissions team for assistance.
Times: Tuesday evenings, 5.00pm-8.30pm, across 34 weeks with one additional hour online.
- Equipment Required
You will need access to a laptop or PC with video and microphone. Classes will be delivered mainly over MS Teams.
- Entry Requirements
All applicants must have 3 A Levels equivalent and worked in HR/line management in some capacity OR a degree in any subject and no HR experience.
If you do not meet these requirements, then you should send in a CV to adulteducation@runshaw.ac.uk and this will be reviewed by our Course Leader.

- Progression Pathway
On successful completion of this course you will be awarded an associate diploma by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and become an Associate Membership of the CIPD.
