9 teams from local high schools took part in Runshaw’s annual Business Enterprise Challenge.
The challenge was to create and market a sustainable, healthy juice drink on behalf of Coca Cola.
Teams had to think creatively on all aspects of new product design from ingredients, branding, packaging, marketing and budgets.
They were also encouraged to incorporate Coca Cola’s working partnerships with stakeholders such as Special Olympics Great Britain.
All the teams created some fabulous products but the winning team from Southlands High School designed a product “AQUA BOMB” that judges felt was “truly outstanding and an imaginative way of helping to solve the world’s plastics problem.”
Well done to all the challenge competitors, in the words of entrepreneur and Apprentice star, Alan Sugar…Your hired!
