A Level Fine Art students are showcasing their art talents at The Harris Open.
A Level students Luke Hemmingway and Maisie Owen, along with Runshaw Fine Art Lecturers Liza Gordon and Amanda Lavery, are currently displaying their art work as part of The Harris Open Exhibition 2019.
A Level Fine Art Course Leader Liza Gordon added, “The Harris Open has been running now for many years – the first one was in 1926 and back then it was called the Lancashire Art Exhibition. The Harris Open gives Preston residents from a 5 mile radius of the Harris a chance to unite and show Harris visitors what they are made of. The exhibition attracts thousands of visitors every year.” The exhibition is running until 26th January 2020 at the Harris Museum and Art Gallery in Preston and is well worth a visit to see the work of our talented students.
