  • Job Description

    • Help with the daily routine and care of the children across the whole setting.
    • Interact with the children to support the children’s learning and development in an age/stage appropriate way.
    • Set-up experiences both inside and outside with guidance from the team.
    • An ability to use own initiative and share ideas and information
    • Using your time effectively, being pro-active and working in a team.
    • Bring fun and excitement to every child’s day.
    • Undertake general housekeeping duties and keeping the nursery tidy.
    • Electronic record keeping and supporting child development observations.
    • Any other duties as requested by the management team.

  • Qualifications Required

    GCSE English and Maths at A*-D / 9-3 or equivalent.

  • What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

    You will be expected as part of this qualification to attend college once a month. This is to make sure you get an opportunity to access support with assignment work, pre plan observations or organise and revise for EPA. It also makes sure that you gain your qualification in the allocated period which will support your career and the setting will meet qualification requirements.
