Your role will be to engage, play and care for the children in your classroom.
You will be given key children that you will engage with however your main responsibility is to ensure children are cared for to a high standard.
You will be required to undertake all necessary roles to ensure you are gaining experience in the role of a nursery practitioner. - Personal Qualities

Presentable - Qualifications Required
4 GCSE’s A- D (9-3) including English and Maths at grade A-C (9-4) or above
Level 2 Early Years practitioner or a level 3 qualification in a different field. - Future Prospects
Fully qualified Level 3 practitioner
- What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include
Towards the final few months of the apprenticeship you will complete your End Point Assessment. This includes a professional discussion underpinned by portfolio. A knowledge test. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
- Things to Consider
This Apprenticeship is completed within the workplace. You will be assessed through written work, verbal discussion and observation throughout your training. You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.
