As a business administrator based in the centralised post room, you will be an integral part of our daily operations working from our head office in Preston. You will be part of a team providing essential support to our colleagues across the business.

- Job Description
Working primarily in the post room, you will be part of a team responsible for the processing of post, archive and file retention and some facilities duties.
Incoming post: Sorting and scanning, reprographics (print and copy), referencing on our case management systems, storage and distribution, handling queries.
Outgoing post: printing, franking and completion of logs, handling queries.
Office support: collecting and distributing post and stationery throughout the office and dealing with queries face to face.
Archiving: assisting as required with the archiving team. Data entry, requesting files, storage and distribution together with query handling.
Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment.
Some manual handling and walking, delivering items between office locations. - Personal Qualities

GCSE or equivalent level 4 in English and Computing or equivalent qualifications.
- Future Prospects
Progression to a permanent role within the operations department that includes Facilities, Reception, Post room, archiving and client onboarding.
- What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include
Towards the final few months of the apprenticeship you will complete your End Point Assessment. This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
