Runshaw College recently welcomed The JJ Effect, led by Byron Highton, as part of this half term’s personal development focus on social and emotional development.
The initiative addresses the serious issue of knife crime while promoting resilience and emotional well-being.
Through powerful talks and workshops, Byron shared his personal story and the devastating impact of knife crime, encouraging students to make positive life choices and understand the value of empathy and community. The session left a lasting impression, equipping students with the tools to navigate challenges and support one another.
