T Level students visit Edge Hill University
Our Year 1 T Level Management and Administration students have visited Edge Hill University for a Business School subject taster day.
The day began with an arrival and welcome talk from Dr Helen Eccleston, followed by a student experience presentation. Learners then chose between two seminars: Leadership and Teamwork Dynamics or Managing and Marketing Events and Projects. After lunch, they explored the campus on guided tours before attending a second seminar, selecting either Branding and Rebranding or Social Media Channels and Tools. The visit provided an excellent opportunity for students to experience university life and gain insights that will support their future education and career decisions.

T Levels are an exciting alternative to A Levels as they offer a work focussed experience which combines academic study of the highest quality with practical industry related skills. Year 1 students will learn about the building blocks of knowledge and the development of skills to succeed in business, gaining an understanding of contexts, concepts, theories, principles and core skills, that will provide a broad understanding of the industry and job roles.
