Leadership & Management Apprenticeships at Runshaw College
Our Leadership & Management Programmes allow you to have the responsibility of managing a team, managing projects and delivering operational plans. While responsibilities may be different depending on what your job role is, the course content will remain the same. An Apprenticeship is a job with training that enables you to gain qualifications and essential skills whilst earning a wage. It is a fantastic way for individuals to bridge the gap between full-time education and the world of employment. Apprenticeship programmes can also be used to upskill or re-train within your current employment.

Kirsten – Operations Manager Level 5
Lynn McCann – Business Leader at Partner Employer Reachout – added, “Kirsten has worked very hard on her projects for this apprenticeship, and I have noticed a huge change in her professional confidence. When we have meetings to discuss plans, issues and projects within the business, she is much more able to start confidently, contribute sensible and creative ideas and even better, ask challenging questions. Her confidence in challenging ideas has made a really positive contribution to the forward planning in the business and is appreciated by myself as the business owner“.
