Staff come together for end of term celebrations
To mark the end of term, we held our annual summer Health and Wellbeing Day to celebrate the end of term and support the health and wellbeing of our staff.
Health and Wellbeing Day offered a wide variety of activities designed to engage both body and mind. Staff enjoyed fun and active sessions such as smoothie cycling, alpaca petting, archery, and energetic games like Bubble Football, alongside other exciting options.

For those looking to unwind, the day also featured a range of self-care sessions such as rejuvenating Tropic pamper treatments, Sound Therapy, and Henna Painting.
During the day, everyone came together for a picnic lunch at Worden Park, enjoying the beautiful weather and taking the opportunity to connect with colleagues in a relaxed setting.

The day provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues to step away from their daily routines, reconnect with one another, and prioritise wellbeing within a supportive environment.
A big thank you to everyone who helped to make the day possible; including the Facilities and Catering teams, the Human Resources team and the members of staff who volunteered to deliver sessions on the day.

Additionally, thank you to everyone who booked and attended sessions and got involved on the day – we hope your health and wellbeing benefited from the activities we had on offer.
