Tonight parents of our Year 1 Runshaw Scholars programme were invited for an evening of support, focused on applications to prestigious universities.
Speakers included Alice Hedges our Runshaw Scholars Co-ordinator, Camilla Gregory the Head of Student Services, and Sarah Large, Admissions Officer from Oxford University. Parents and students were given advice about the range of different prestigious universities, support with applications, and how to get involved with a wide range of activities in college to support both academic and personal development. The evening ended with a range of academic and support staff offering advice on student finance, applications and enrichment.
