It’s been a bumper week for Runshaw Alumni, with TWO of our incredible former students hitting the headlines:
Joe Gilgun
Congratulations to Runshaw Alumni Joe Gilgun who has been nominated for a Bafta for his role in Sky TV’s Brassic.
Joe is nominated in the ‘Best Male Performance in a Comedy Programme’ category and faces stiff competition from the likes of Steve Coogan and Jamie Demetriou.
Well done Joe – we’ll all be rooting for you!
Joe Mcleod
Former Runshaw student Joe Mcleod has been named in plans to bring a Michelin Star restaurant to Burnley!
Since leaving Runshaw, Joe has had a fantastic culinary career, working at high-profile local restaurants including The Manor House, Northcote Manor and Stanley House. Joe has also completed a stint as Head Chef at George’s Dining Room and Bar, owned by former footballer Ryan Giggs, where he earned a prestigious AA Rosette.
