Apprenticeship Provision
An Apprenticeship is a job with training that enables you to gain qualifications and essential skills whilst earning a wage. It is a fantastic way for individuals to bridge the gap between full-time education and the world of employment. Apprenticeship programmes can also be used to upskill or re-train within your current employment.
Delivery
Our apprenticeship courses are delivered through work-based learning. Sessions are either online or face-to-face, depending on your needs. An apprenticeship trainer will facilitate a session every four weeks to support your progress.
Duration
The course durations are as follows:
Level 3 Team Leading: 15 months + 3 months End Point Assessment
Level 5 Level 5 Operations Manager – 18 months + 5 months End Point Assessment
Funding
The full price for the Level 3 Team Leading apprenticeship is £5,000. For the Level 5 Manager apprenticeship the price is £9,000. Depending on the size of your employer this will be payable via their apprenticeship levy or a 5% contribution will be paid with the remaining 95% funding by the educational skills funding agency.
Entry Requirements
4 GCSEs A*-D/9-3 which include English and maths. (5 GCSEs for Level 5)
If an applicant does not meet these requirements, they would need to provide sufficient work experience evidence and be able to complete an initial diagnostic.

Assessment method – EPA
What your End Point Assessment (EPA) will consist of will depend on what Apprenticeship Standard you are on and will be carried out by an external examining body. This usually takes approximately 4-5 months to fully complete.
