What is an Employer Partner?
We are very proud of our Employer Relationships at Runshaw. These links are essential in making sure our curriculum offer gets you #futureready for your next steps. We meet regularly with our partner employers through our Employer Partnership boards.
Our Employer Partnership Boards were launched in 2020, bringing together key employers from a variety of sectors. We currently have eight sector linked Employer Partnership Boards who we meet with on a quarterly basis to discuss and review:
- Key Industry Information
- Future demands & skills shortages
- Our curriculum & programmes: Sixth Form College, Adult College & Apprenticeships
We welcome new members to the board, from micro business to multi-nationals on an on-going basis.
