Former A Level Textiles, Fine Art and Art & Design Foundation student Arthur Berry Smith has designed and made a dress for the artist Grayson Perry.
Arthur is in his second year studying his degree in Fashion Design at the prestigious Central Saint Martins in London. He thoroughly enjoyed his tutorials to discuss design ideas for the project entitled ‘Mother Goose’, for which he printed onto silk with acid dyes. Grayson was so impressed with Arthur’s work that he bought the dress from him!
Well done Arthur, hopefully we will see Grayson on social media, out and about wearing his fabulous dress very soon!
