  We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Candidates must hold a current Level 2 childcare qualification. This role is essential in providing high-quality childcare and early childhood education to children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed in childcare, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and lead activities that promote children’s development.

• What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

  • EPA (End Point Assessment) – Towards the final few months of the apprenticeship you will complete your End Point Assessment. This includes a professional discussion underpinned by portfolio. A knowledge test. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
