  • Job Description

    Work alongside myself to plan an enabling environment activities both indoors and outdoors
    To support each individual child with there learning, creativity and social behaviour. Conducting activities as crafts, music reading stories physical games.
    Promote health and well being in my setting helping with making meals and each child personal care needs.
    Being a great role model.
    Excellent communication skills talking to children and parents.
    Always happy to get stuck in with whatever activities we are doing and able to use your initiative.
    Helping with trips out.
    Observing and assessing children to help with learning.

  • Qualifications Required

    4 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English at A*-C / 9-4 and maths at A*-D / 9-3 or equivalent.

  • What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

    Towards the final few months of the apprenticeship you will complete your End Point Assessment. This includes a professional discussion underpinned by portfolio. A knowledge test. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.

  • Things to Consider

    This Apprenticeship is completed within the workplace. You will be assessed through written work, verbal discussion and observation throughout your training. You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.
