- Job Description
As an Early Years Practitioner Apprentice, you will support the care, learning, and development of children aged 0–5 in a safe and stimulating environment. Working alongside qualified practitioners, you will assist with daily routines, plan and deliver engaging activities, and observe children’s progress. This role offers hands-on experience while you work towards a nationally recognised qualification in Early Years Education.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
– Support children’s personal care routines, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene.
– Help maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment in line with health and safety standards.
– Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to individual learning plans.
– Promote positive behavior and inclusion, ensuring every child feels valued.
– Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues.
– Follow safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.

GCSE English and Maths at A*-D / 9-3 or equivalent.
