- Job Description
Carry out general helpdesk duties including answering the
telephone, relaying messages from internal/external customers,
dealing with enquiries from students and colleagues.
? General office administration including monitoring and
maintaining department online mailboxes.
? Provide front-line reception support within Student Services,
welcoming students, staff, and visitors in a professional and
friendly manner.
? Support the Student Administration team with enrolment,
registration, and maintenance of accurate student records using
college systems.
? Assist with processing student finance applications, including
bursaries and discretionary support, ensuring accuracy and
confidentiality.
? Provide administrative support for college transport services,
including pass distribution, eligibility checks, and responding to
student queries.
? Support the Careers team with appointment bookings, event
administration, and maintaining careers resources and records.
? Respond to student enquiries in person, via email, and over the
phone, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided or
queries are escalated appropriately. - Personal Qualities

GCSE Maths and English Grade A*/9 – C/4 or
equivalent or ability to operate at this level.Minimum of 3 GCSEs A*/9 to D/3 (excluding

- What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include
EPA (End Point Assessment) – Towards the final few months of the apprenticeship you will complete your End Point Assessment. This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
