As a Business Administrator Apprentice you will work as part of our finance and accounting team. You will offer essential support and be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks.

  • Job Description

    Daily banking and reconciliations.
    Manage incoming and outgoing emails in a timely manner.
    Receive incoming telephone calls and ensure all calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
    Accurate data entry, spreadsheet management.
    Matching of receipts/Delivery Notes to invoices/credit card statements.
    Dealing with copy proof of deliveries and copy invoices.
    General office duties such as photocopying, filing, creating and updating files.

    Eager to learn and progress.

  • Qualifications Required

    5 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English and Maths at A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent

  • Future Prospects

    Opportunities potentially available for future roles in the business on successful completion of the apprenticeship.

  • What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

    – Towards the final few months of the apprenticeship you will complete your End Point Assessment. This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.

  • Things to Consider
