You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Academy Programme Coordinator and the Training Coordination Team.

You will ensure that all documentation for both learners and employer are collated as well as coordinating the administration for commercial courses, Apprenticeships and Skills Bootcamps .

  • Job Description

    Main Duties:
    1. To maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and any other internal management information systems.
    2. To organise bookings for commercial, apprenticeship and Skills bootcamp courses ensuring they are fully booked to make viable, booking and liaising with external trainers and internally with student records and finance.
    3. To monitor and log information on the apprenticeship CRM systems.
    4. To monitor and process all outgoing post, ensuring quick distribution, dealing personally with correspondence when required.
    5. To word process correspondence and confidential material including letters, emails, reports and other items as required.
    6. To arrange meetings, produce agendas, reserve rooms and order refreshments for such meetings.
    7. To undertake general office duties such as photocopying, filing, file preparation and maintenance.
    8. To receive incoming telephone calls and ensure all calls are handled efficiently and effectively.

    General Duties:
    1. To provide administrative support across the training centre at certain times including signing in duties.
    2. To participate in onboarding duties when necessary.
    3. To comply with all relevant Health & Safety Regulations and assist the training centre in the implementation of its own Health & Safety Policy.
    4. To comply with and actively promote the training centres Equal Opportunities and Safeguarding policies.
    5. To carry out all other duties as may be reasonably required by your line manager, or other relevant senior colleagues by agreement.

    *Due to this role operating across two sites applicants must have a full driving license and their own vehicle.

  • Qualifications Required

    5 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English and Maths at A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent

  • What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

    This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
