An evening of celebration and success at the Adult & Apprenticeship Awards 2026
Tonight we welcomed our adult learners, apprentices, employer partners and special guests to Runshaw’s annual Adult & Apprenticeship Awards.
The evening shone a spotlight on the outstanding achievements of our adult learners and apprentices who continue to make a significant impact through their studies and in the workplace. Behind every successful learner is a strong support network and this evening was also an opportunity to recognise the dedication of teaching staff, employer partners, and support teams who guide and encourage learners every step of the way.

We’d also like to congratulate our very own apprentices and mentors:
Runshaw Apprentice Employee of the Year: Liv Mercer
Lancashire Apprenticeship Awards Shortlisted Finalists: Liv Mercer and Dylan Tetlow, and mentors Jackie Alty and Patricia Watkins
Workplace Impact Award: Bailey Hardman
Workplace Mentor of the Year: Camilla Gregory

Our award winners have been outstanding ambassadors for Runshaw in the workplace, and equally outstanding representatives of their employers in their work with the college. It was wonderful to see so many award winners, guests, employers and other partners and supporters gathering in the Silverdale Hub!
Congratulations to all of our award winners and learners. Your success is an inspiration to us all, and we are incredibly proud to be part of your journey.
