Our School of Visual Arts welcomed over 600 students, parents, grandparents, guardians and friends to the annual End of Year Art Exhibition in Eskdale.
The exhibition recognises the fantastic work created by students on our A Level 3D Design, Graphics, Fine Art, Photography and Textiles, UAL Level 2 & 3 Art & Design, UAL Level 3 Graphics and UAL Foundation Art courses. The variety of individual artwork on display truly reflects the outstanding teaching, coaching, support and care the teachers and technicians in the School give to every student. The staff invest in their students, pass on their passion and motivate students to aim high and be experimental in their use of visual language. Below are just some of the amazing work displays from our talented students.

Just like Chelsea Flower Show, we also awarded ‘Best in Show’, with Irena from Level 2 Art taking the Vocational award and Chelsea-Ann from Photography taking the A Level award. Deputy Principal Martin Rigby once again judged the shortlisted work – a tough job as all were worthy winners in their own way!

Martin added, “The depth of creativity, courage, and thought that went into every piece on display was truly moving. It was more than an exhibition – it was a celebration of individual voice, resilience, and imagination”. Nikki Taylor, Head of School for Visual Arts, would like to thank all her team, teachers and technicians, for the work they all put in to make the exhibition happen – what a fantastic night, a great way to celebrate and be proud of all our students!
